- SCADA applications provide information on the operation of the process equipment and the entire process, allow for control, and also provide a huge amount of information regarding the work of the enterprise as a whole.
- For many enterprises, the construction of a control tower with a significant amount of computer server hardware and expensive specialized software with the necessary redundancy, as well as the provision of special conditions for equipment, is a significant cost item. In addition, it is necessary to have sufficient spare parts for server hardware for urgent restoration in case of a breakdown. To monitor the work and maintenance of the system requires a qualified engineer, and besides, not one to replace for a period of sick leave or vacation.
- Our cloud-based SCADA-system “DispSky” will allow organizing a dispatch center only by equipping the dispatcher with a computer with Internet access. Using any web browser available and familiar to the user, the dispatcher will be able to control and manage their technological objects. Access to objects that are in the dispatcher’s zone is provided by a two-factor secure entry system and provides a different level of access.
- To implement control over objects, you must install one of the variants of the gateway to communicate with the DispSky server and configure your received data for a convenient graphical representation. To establish a connection with a cloud server, it is possible to use Ethernet networks, WiFi or modems with GPRS technology. All these devices are not expensive with maximum capabilities.
- To work with our servers, there is no need for dedicated IP addresses. All communication gateways are configured to work with our servers. You can also purchase communication devices recommended and tested by our engineers at your place of residence and make settings for communicating with DispSky servers.
- You can control your objects on any devices using an Internet browser.
- Connection security is provided by a secure HTTPS connection. Connection security is confirmed by an SSL certificate installed on the server. The security of actions on the server is guaranteed by a two-factor authentication system, confirmation of commands via SMS messages
- For a quick start, you can use the instruction "Fast start"
How it works
Distributed objects are controlled from a single display with different user rights.
Access rights for staff are granted by function. Distribution of users into groups.
DispSky includes a powerful tool with a base of ready-made elements for creating mnemonic diagrams.
For ease of perception, create an animation of your process!
All pre-emergency and emergency events in a separate window.
Instant notification SMS, e-mail message about incidents at the facility.
You can generate the necessary report and upload it in Excel format.
You have different equipment, combine it in one personal account and control the work.
You can always view your data in the form of convenient graphs and trends with a given storage depth.
Use virtual tags to store your calculated values or temporary variables.
You can perform the necessary arithmetic operations with values and display them on a mnemonic.
